The Energy Performance Certificates “EPC” is intended to make the house selling and buying process faster and more transparent and will help house purchasers to make an educated decision about the house they are buying.
The EPC is an energy report which will portray how energy efficient a property is and where savings can be made combined with the long term gain of saving the planet.
Once completed we can provide you with a hard copy of your EPC or, alternatively, we can provide you with an electronic PDF copy of your EPC that can be sent to your personal email address which you can print or save to your hard drive on your PC. The EPC is completely portable and valid for 10 years.
