If your property is fully managed by Barons we offer; 

  • Collection and remit of the monthly rent received
  • Point of contact for tenant 24 hour emergency managed telephone number 
  • Pursuit of non-payment of rent and provide advice on rent arrears actions
  • Deduct commission and other works
  • Prepare monthly income & expense statement 
  • Advise all relevant utility provider changes  
  • Undertake four inspection visits per annum and notify landlord of outcome
  • Arrange routine repairs and instruct approved contractors
  • Hold keys throughout the tenancy term
  • Serve relevant legal notices prior to and during tenancy 
  • Legal lettings advice 
  • Make any MHRC deduction and provide tenant with the NRL8 (if relevant)
